We Consult
This is often the most important part of the process. At the start, it’s a conversation. What you desire. What you need. Your timescale. Your budget. BMC Design+Build brings years of experience to the many ways we can achieve your goal: Local knowledge. The geology of the area. Latest materials. Our good relationships with the relevant planning and building control authorities.
We Plan
Perhaps it’s little more than a sketch at the beginning, but it’s one backed by solid knowledge of what’s achievable. Then the process expands into architectural designs, electrical and other utility layouts. All through this part of the process BMC’s rigorous project management plans the where, when and how. You, the client, are also part of this process at all times.
We Create
Only when you and BMC are both happy, we start. Using the best craftspeople and designers in the area, we break ground, take away the old — and start building. During this period, BMC project management keeps an eye on progress and ensures the next part of the process; utilities, interior decor, flooring, kitchen installation, patio and landscaping etc, is ready to start.
